So who are we looking for?
Ideally you will have extensive experience in Artisan breads within a stand-alone bakery or production facility, as well as relevant qualifications.
It is absolutely essential you are able to adequately demonstrate not only stability in your work history but extensive experience in producing quality products. If you have experience, managing staff and production schedules this will be looked upon favourably. Please only apply if you have European work experience.
