WYERS BAR • RESTAURANT
American Comfort Food with a Dutch Influence
Conveniently located in Amsterdam City Centre, Wyers presents classic American cuisine interpreted through a European lens. By fostering relationships with Dutch farmers and purveyors, our Kitchen infuses Amsterdam flavor into every dish. Highlights from the menu include lollipop chicken wings and a simply delicious burger. Paired with a local craft beer, wine or classic cocktail, it’s a recipe for fun and relaxed satisfaction.
HOUSE BAR
Strong Pours, Warm Vibes
At House Bar, we believe that cocktails should facilitate experiences. Sure, we’re passionate about researching classic recipes, discovering new spirits and using the finest local ingredients. But a well-executed drink is but a means to an end: making connections, fostering conversation, having a good time. Our bartenders are experts at creating the right drink to match your mood, and House Bar’s modern ambience exudes Dutch hospitality. Housed in a 1645 family home, House Bar’s cheeky drink list is complemented by a well thought out menu of shareable, cocktail-friendly bites.
MISS LOUISA COFFEE
Amsterdam Grab and Go
When in Amsterdam, start your day the Miss Louisa way: with a hot delicious cup of strong coffee. Miss Louisa Coffee is integrated in Kimpton De Witt’s Living Room, so it’s easy for our guests and neighbors to grab a little something on their way out to see the sights. The beans we use in our espresso drinks are roasted and blended locally just for us and the pastries made by our own pastry team.
