We have been successful recruiting chefs since 2005 and are once again on the lookout for experienced and dedicated Executive / Head Chefs to fill multiple vacancies around the country.
So who are we looking for?
Ideally you will have extensive experience in an Executive / Head Chef role within a 5 star property or a busy, high volume gastro pub environment. Applications will also be considered if you are a well-credentialed Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
It is absolutely essential you are able to adequately demonstrate not only stability in your work history but extensive experience in the design and implementation of menus, staff and kitchen management and comprehensive experience in managing financial budgets, food and labour costs.
A background in both a la carte and banqueting will also be looked upon favourably. Above all you will be a passionate chef who is truly dedicated to your chosen craft.
