Commis wanted in Clarens-Montreux-Switzerland
We are luxury spa hotel combined with a luxury clinic in montreux on the shores of Lake Geneva
International exclusive customer, accustomed to the most beautiful places, who comes for medical and wellness program for several days
Today the kitchen is made up of a Chef and his two seconds surrounded by 25 chefs
The hotel has 120 collaborators for a mass of 40 guests
We provide the hotel’s restaurant a service 7 days a week for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, room services and patients of the hospital.
We are looking for a commis with willing to work, evolve and learn, good attitude and serious.
The candidate may be young in this position
He will join a young team (25 years old)

Tha candidate must have the following qualities:
Able to get orders
Fast and attenctive
Able to follow and control HACCP processus
Serious, motivated, rigorous
Flexible for schedules and breaks schedules, pdj schedules (might be)
Respectful, worker
Adapt to request of his superiors
Speak french or/and english
Knowledge of basic technical of classical cooking
Have a european passport or Swiss work permit

Gross salary around x 13 months
We need this person fast enough
