Eataly Stockholm is looking for a pizza maker to join our restaurant team.

A Pizza Maker is responsible for producing pizza in accordance with our authentic Italian recipes. Reports to the Executive Chef.
Main tasks
• Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Health standards
• Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production
• Assists guests if needed and engages with them when interested in learning about pizza production
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
Requirements and qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position
• Good work ethic, communication and time management skills
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings and weekends preferred
