– Must be Italian
– Head Chef with Michelin experience preferred, creative, modern style
ABOUT THE JOB
1. First and foremost, the name and face of the restaurant. The restaurant seeks
an outgoing chef with a strong pedigree and great customer skills who can be
not just the in the kitchen, but also be front of the house, represent the
restaurant at events etc.
2. A chef who is great with promoting themselves through social media,
at events etc
3. Menu creation – combining creative Italian, but also non-italian dishes for
the local market
4. Team and kitchen management
5. Restaurant promotion
6. Team player – calm personality, no ego, works well with team, motivator,
trainer, leader.
TIMELINE:
Interviews with finalists coming for tasting during November-December 2023 – with
offer extended by Jan 2024 and start date around Feb – March 2024
