We are looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Italian Restaurant Chef to join our client’s team renowned Italian dining destination. The ideal candidate will be a creative and passionate chef with a deep connection to ingredients, eager to explore, create, and elevate their culinary craft.

Key Responsibilities of Italian Chef jobs in Costa Rica:

Oversee the production and supervision of dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation.
Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Manage production and raw material control, including inventory and procurement.
Monitor and inspect received merchandise.
Organize and lead the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Prepare, review, and manage production sheets and checklists.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and best practices.
