Job as pizzaiolo or pizza chef in NEW ZEALAND
We have immediate vacancies for napoletana pizza chefs – at our existing Italian restaurant the Esplanade and also at our beautiful new Italian wine bar, Piccolo. Both are busy, beachfront and use the best ingredients imported from Italy.
Applicants under 30 years old are eligible for working holiday visas and welcome to get in touch.
Chefs over 30years require a work visa which we have available – this is at chef de partie level and suited to chefs experienced in a busy naploetana style pizzeria (at least 3 years) ideally who have good English and have a desire to experience the culture here. Sponsorship would be for a 1 year contract with the possibility to extend.
We will help you settle in Dunedin and provide your first week’s accommodation and then help you find a place to live.
We pay well, pay rates are dependent on experience with an additional 8% holiday pay.
Our working week is 5 days on followed by 2 days off
