Dubai HEAD CHEF JOB, has become available for our client that is a family-owned and run business. They now have several restaurants across the globe, including South Africa, UK and Middle east.

An eclectic use of contrasting natural materials, textures & colors, all combining to reflect a sophisticated & delicate contemporary African theme ensures that the steakhouses continue to set the global benchmark for restaurant design and décor, lifting it out of the realms of your traditional steakhouses.
The contemporary open-plan kitchen adds a sense of theatre to the restaurants with state of the art equipment for conferences, business meetings and also a perfect venue to celebrate any special occasions. Providing a lively and convivial culinary experience The Meat Co’s are a ‘must visit’ destination.
As ideal candidate you will have:
Diploma/Certificate in culinary arts
At least 4 years’ experience in steakhouse or all day bistro environment
Highly motivated
Good communication skills
Must be creative and able to work under pressure
Salary package:
AED 10-13,000 basic salary, depending on experience
AED 2,500 per month housing allowance
Flight allowance
Medical insurance
Annual Incentive program
Starting date mid-March
