We are looking for a Head Chef with a background in Italian, fine dining. You will need a passion for creating authentic, premium Italian dishes, made only with the best sourced fresh produce.

As the Head Chef, you will have the exciting opportunity to spearhead the launch of our first USA location in the heart of South Florida. You will be at the forefront of establishing our brand in a new market, building a high-performing kitchen team, and setting the standard for the best Italian dishes, our brand is famous for.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
Building, leading, and mentoring a talented kitchen team from the ground up
Deliver our new menu that showcases our signature Italian cuisine with a Miami twist
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
Oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Create and maintain a collaborative work environment
Work closely with the General Manager and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef within the hospitality industry
An experienced background in Italian cooking techniques
Exceptional leadership, creativity, and organisational skills
Strong financial knowledge and experience with budgeting and cost control
Knowledge of South Florida’s local restaurants
