Asian Chef in South of France
Dear We are the owner of an exclusive small luxury 4* Hotel in the south of France. Each year we give ourselves a new challenge to find a “Chef of Excellence”.
It’s also a great opportunity for a talented young Chef to express themselves and be able to implement his creativity. Our International guests, mainly Anglo-Saxon clientele, are looking for a refined quality cuisine.
We wish to recruit a young chef with a strong background in gourmet restaurant with international experience (Asia) to be open to world cuisine.

CHEF de CUISINE – SOUTH OF FRANCE Seasonal contract from April 1 to October 1, 2017 In Provence, in the South of France (UZES), a luxury 4-star hotel with 9 suites, in a natural and relaxing setting, is looking for a Chef. Our guest, mainly Anglo-Saxon clientele, are looking for gastronomique adventures, refined, light, seasonal cuisine, local produce accompanied by vegetables … We are looking for a Chef who knows the Asian cooking with an European touch using his traditional ingredients and flavours and progressive cooking methods. Our Chef will use highlights seasonal products, in the heart of his menu. Trained in a culinary school or gourmet restaurants, the Chef, has to be open and creative and will have acquired very good knowledge and a solid experience.
