Bar Supervisor job in UNited Kingdom
To be responsible for bar operations and service at San Pietro. Stock taking and stock management, bar sales and bar training, drinks service, cocktail making, bar cleaning and EHO compliance, preparation and service of hot drinks, assist in food and wine service where required. Professional and friendly. Smart appearance.

A good knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails is essential. Proven experience in bar service in either hotels or restaurants is essential.
Proof of English is required SELT exam (ukVI – speaking, reading, writing and listening) from one of the following providers (must be within 2 years )

Salary per annum £26,000 plus tips and performance bonus. 48 hours per week – some days are split shifts. A minimum of 2 days off per week. Annual holiday entitlement 5.6 weeks. Closed Christmas day and Boxing day. Staff meals provided. Staff discount in the hotel and restaurant. Free access to local Gym for hotel staff and residents.
