Our team of culinary experts brings flavours from around the world as well as a wealth of experience from leading hospitality properties. They create sensational and unforgettable meals that cater to the sophisticated palates of our dynamic and ever-changing client base.
We seek experienced culinary professionals who are well-practiced in international food safety systems and hygiene practices. As a Culinarian, you will be responsible for skillfully preparing meals that are as pleasing to the palate as to the eye. You are required to have knowledge of the science of food and an understanding of diet and nutrition.

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) provides in-flight catering and support services for more than 100 airlines flying into or out of Dubai International Airport from its two technologically advanced catering facilities. EKFC1, providing meals for passengers travelling on Emirates Airlines, is the largest and most modern catering facility in the world. EKFC2 serves all other carriers, including Singapore Airlines, Air France, Swiss and Virgin Atlantic. EKFC has also expanded into the events market, providing catering services for high profile exhibitions and sports tournaments. In total, EKFC has more than 9000 employees representing 50 nationalities producing an average of 175,000 meals per day, for passengers travelling on around 300 different flight.
