Executive Chef for river cruise vessel
G&P Cruise Hotel Management – Luzern, LU
You are responsible for the whole Galley department in terms of organisation as well as guidance and training of your team members.
Further responsibilities of this exciting and challenging position include, but are not limited to, team scheduling, creating orders, organizing the loadings and the checking there-of and being part of front of the house events.
It is you who is in charge of the daily, professional preparation of all meals according to the menucycle, where your appliance with HACCP standards is a given.
Requirements
You have already gained experience as an Executive Chef on board of a cruise vessel.
You have already guided and supervised a team of international crew members.
You have a very good command of the English language.
You are able to organize your work and you are really good at organisational tasks.
You are looking for a nice and professional working environment.
