The Food and Beverage Manager we are looking for needs to also have a 5* chefing background Manage a team of 20 (waiters, barmen, chefs, storeman and porters) .
Be very good at hosting and socialising with guests Have a 5* chefing background so they can help design new menus/dishes, monitor food and presentation quality and also train our chefs and teach them new dishes etc.
