Hospitality job in Cyprus for the summer 2018
Hospitality staff recruitment:Receptionist,assistant Executive Housekeepers and Waitresse or waiters.
From a luxury Group of Hotels & Resort in Cyprus, 1 Receptionist, 2 Assistant Executive Housekeepers and Waiters-esses A’, B’ & C’ are wanted.
For the Hotel that the Receptionist and 1 of the Housekeepers are wanted, contract will be seasonal – season ends 31st October and new season starts March/April the following year. If a candidate is successful in obtaining this position, he/she can renew the contract for the next season.
For the other Housekeeper it will be all year round.
For the waiters, contracts are seasonal too and can be renewed.
A) The requirements for the Receptionist:
•At least 3 years’ experience in same or similar position
•Excellent knowledge of English Language
•Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Friendly and welcome personality
•Teamwork spirit
•Passionate in delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Salary scale is between €1100 – €1300 according to level of experience. Working hours at 48 hours per week, 6 days per week.
B) The requirements for the Assist. Exec. Housekeepers are:
•At least 3 years’ experience as Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in an international 5*hotel/ resort environment.
•Good knowledge in the use of computer programs (Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook).
•Knowledge of PMS usage
•Strong organizational and analytic skills
•Excellent Communicational and interpersonal skills
•Capable of coping with work load and meeting timeframes.
•Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English Language
•Excellent understanding of HK cost control and labour figures.
•Chemical & cleaning equipment certification & experiences.
•An attention to details
•Passionate for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Salary starts from €1400 and onwards according to level of experience. 6 days per week.
C) Waiters and waitresses A’ B’ & C’ for both bars and restaurant for all hotels. Salary scale is between €850.00 – €1200.00 depending on level of experience. They do receive their tips – which is collected from everyone and then divided amongst them all at the end of the month. They will work 6 days a week with a maximum of 48 hours per week.
