Ice cream shop in Cambridge needs gelato maker

Jack’s Gelato offers a summer job in Cambridgeshire

I run a high-end ice cream business that I started four years ago as Owner and ice cream maker.
I make a amazing gelato and I am now looking to take on a member of staff to work in the ice cream shop with me for 30 or more hours on week.
Experience in a busy and demanding kitchen (restaurant, bakery etc) is required.

Could just be for the summer (until the end of September) or could be ongoing, please state in your application if you have a preference.

There are basic qualities that you MUST posses in abundance, I don’t believe that it is a lot to ask and I believe I offer a lot in return. The scales are tipped in your favour.
