Tandoori Masala is one of Copenhagens well-known Indian restaurants with good reviews and a high standard.
We are seeking experienced Tandoori Chef for our chain of restaurants in Copenhagen, Denmark, as we are about to introduce a clay tandoori oven.
We Expect You have many years of documented experience with live Tandoori cooking, can work under stressful situations and have good references from your prior work places.
Furthermore, you have vast experience with operating a Tandoori oven and prepare and cook Tandoori oven dishes, Lamb Tikka Boti, Lamb Chops Tikka, Reshmi Chicken Tikka, Kashmiri Seekh Kebabs, Moughlai Tangri Tikka, Lal Tandoori Chicken, Seekh Kebabs, Ghost Tikka, Paneer Tikka, King Prawn Tikka, etc and not limited to. The menu card will be expanded with new tandoor dishes over time. It is expected you can perform minor reperations on the oven and maintain the clay.
You should also be able to prepare and cook curry dished based on meat coocked in the tandoor oven such as Tikka Boti masala, chili masala, dahiwala dhaniya salan, anarkali makhani curry, etc. Again, the menucard will be expanded with new curries over time.
Prepare and cook Tandoori oven accessories, tandoori naan, tandoori garlic naan, tandoori rooghani naan, tandoori peshwari naan roti, paratha, laacha paratha, keema wale nan, chicken wale nan, allo ke paratha paneer ke parathe, etc.
You will work under our experienced head-chef and assist him.
Furtermore, you will also supervise the kitchen in general, including control of cleaning, hygiene, stock and other ad hoc tasks.
