Hotel Restaurant Bellevue Wiesen Switzerland is looking for a Head Chef available to start mid May 2015. We are a 21 bedroom Boutique Hotel in the picturesque mountain village of Davos Wiesen with a 60 cover Restaurant and 40 cover Terrace . The hotel is set in a stunning, peaceful location yet only a short drive away from the bustling and renown city of Davos. A great place for Skiing, snowboarding and snowshoe walking in winter and a walking, mountain biking, paragliding, golf, tennis, paradise in summer. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, can work Independently and within a small team and who has previous experience in Hotels and Restaurants. Speaking German would be and advantage but not a prerequisite. We are searching for someone who can bring an International flair whilst using local ingredients. The right candidate would have full responsibility for the day to day kitchen operations including (but not limited to), day to day menu’s, liaising directly with the mangers regarding all operational matters, supply chain management including food ordering, cost management and menu development. Previous experience to Senior Sous Chef as a minimum with a varied background in Hotels and Restaurants is required. The summer season starts 22 May 2015 until Mid October with the work start date a few days before this. The Winter season runs from mid December until after Easter. We are offering a competitive salary, ski pass for the season and accommodation.
