Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie.
Chef de Partie – Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie in CottoCrudo Restaurant you are responsible for the smooth running of a pastry kitchen. Meeting the food quality and hygiene standards. You have passion in creating ‘a la carte’ deserts but are also able to bear with the routine pastry duties.
Chef de Partie – Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie for at least 2 years in fine dining.
Demonstrated pastry product and standards knowledge.
Good people management skills, experience with leading a pastry team is a strong asset.
The ability to speak English fluently is required.
Working knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP.
Must have EU work authorization.
