1 new restaurant coming in Spring of 2017 at The Star, the new practice facility for The Dallas Cowboys.
Our Executive Chef, Dino Santonicola, was born and raised in the heart of Naples, Italy, and has been making pizzas for over 30 years. He is one of only two “fiduciaries” for L’Associazone Verace Pizza Napoletana in the United States (he inspects VPN certified pizzerias for Naples to ensure they follow the guidelines)

The Job-the italian pizza in Texas
Lead PizzaMakers are responsible for running the pizzamaking operations at Cane Rosso including: making pizzas, training staff, creating special pizzas, and ensuring food safety and health code standards are followed.
Compensation: $50,000 per year paid bi-weeky

Qualifications
Proven experience in pizza making. Be prepared to show your work.
Prior experience with managing a wood-fired oven is preferred
Works well with others and works well under pressure (our restaurants are busy)
Availability to work full time restaurant hours (including nights and weekends)
Ability to teach others and a willingness to learn.
