Downtown Belfast, Maine (States) is looking for a Line Cook.
The candidate is a good cook must knowledgeable on basic cooking skills and recipes. must know how to use cooking wares such as knives, pans and much more. Must have a great understanding of Italian and Mediterranean recipes.
Able to follow instructions correctly.
Able to follow procedures step by step to ensure continuity on food preparation and presentation.
Need good skills garnishing food and following specific plating desired by chef and restaurant.
Compliance is vital, as being clean and neat.
the restaurant offers its on specialty and the line cook is responsible for prepping ingredients and making sure there are stocks available every day.
