Responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant and banqueting outlets according to our standards and procedures.
Main duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
– Guest satisfaction
– Excellent personal and professional standards
– Able to create & manage authentic and unique experiences for our guests
– Restaurant & Banqueting staff management
– Budget, inventory and cost control.
Qualification and Professional Background:
– Fluent in English – Italian is an advantage
– Professional experience for 3-4 years, preferably at international level
– Certificate as Professional Sommelier and/or gastronomy studies preferred
– Evidence of self-development through specialised courses, conferences/workshops;
– PC literate.
