Job in New Zealand as Pizzaiolo & Chef
Work in New Zealand in restaurant.
The Esplanade in Dunedin, New Zealand, is a beautiful Italian restaurant directly opposite the popular St Clair beach.
We are looking for a Chef and also a pizza maker to join our restaurant.
We use the best Italian and local ingredients, such as Caputo flour, San Marzano tomatoes and Massimo’s mozzarella.
Chefs will need experience with preparing and cooking fresh pasta and be confident managing a busy service.
Pizza Chefs will need experience with napoletana pizza, hand stretching dough and cooking in a wood oven. We are very busy and serve 1,000 pizza each week.
Where we are
Dunedin is in the lower South Island and is a vibrant university city of 125,000. The city is known for its wildlife, hiking and natural environment.
Our restaurant is a 5 kms from the city centre in a beach side community.
We will assist with your visa, we do not provide accomodation but will help you find it.
A working week is 5 days, 40hrs.
Pizza assistants will be paid $25 NZD p/hr.
Experienced Chef and Pizzaiolo $27-30 NZD p/hr
