Oddono’s Gelati, set up in 2004, is an award winning company offering fresh and natural gelato in Central London. Unlike other brands, all the gelato is made fresh on a daily basis in every Store. This ensures the highest quality of the finished product. The company currently has 5 stores in Central London (South Kensington, Battersea, Hampstead, East Dulwich, Chiswick), plus a Central Kitchen in South Wimbledon. HOURS
Minimum 40 hours a week, usually 5 shifts of 8 hours. Actual number of hours might vary depending on level of business.

DESCRIPTION
As an Oddono’s Gelato Chef, you will be responsible for making our delicious gelato products. These will include gelato, sorbets, gelato cakes and gelato mignon products. You will also work in the sales area scooping gelato, preparing coffees and teas, and other products on the menu. Other duties include, cash handling, washing up, and keeping the shop clean and tidy.
You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in gelato making, you must be ready and able to work within a team, enjoy working with the public, have a polite and helpful manner, be confident and assertive, have plenty of stamina. A good level of English is required.
