Must be familiar with Viennoiseries, bakery patisserie, traditional Italian specialties, Semifreddi, and event cakes. Bread baking experience a help.

To work in a Bakery cafe’ in the city centre of Dublin.
Good communicator and team worker.
Willing to contribute to the standards of the business whilst implementing our routine production.
English essential.
Permanent full time employment contract.
Reporting to the head pastry chef.
