Italian pizzeria is looking for an experienced Full-Time Pizza Maker for a new opening in Taastrup, Copenhagen.
Job Profile:
We are looking for an experienced Italian pizza dough maker.
Job Duties:
-making high quality pizzas, according to the expected recipes;
-hygiene and food safety;
-taking customer orders and up selling;
– maintaining a calm demeanor during busy periods to keep restaurant operating at a highstandard;
-undertake simple stock checks, temperatures, health and safety and food hygiene checks; following our high standard of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene requirements;
-cleaning the kitchen, equipment and surrounding areas;
Essential Requirements:
Deep experience in pizza making and working knowledge of the field;
Positive attitude;
Must be able to work as a team and work well with others;
Must be clean, organized and helpful with strong attention to detail;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
Able to work flexible shifts.
