Restaurant PUBLIC looking for assisting Chef inDenmark
PUBLIC is an Italian restaurant in the vibrant meatpacking district of Copenhagen.
We are focusing on making regional and traditional Italian food, in a concept where everything are divided.
We are busy and are looking for an assistant chef, to replace our current. We are a young and dynamic team, all Italians.
You will be trained by our Head-Chef, and assist him doing prepping and service, until you are ready to run some days on your own with the rest of the kitchen team.
Our restaurant had good feedback and reviews from the press, as well as from our lovely guests.
We want to continue on this path and are looking for the right full-time candidate.
What we expect:
– Min. 3 years of experience in the Italian kitchen
– A positive attitude – also during busy times
– Resident in Denmark – Flexible and responsible

– Fixed contract with fair salary based on your experience and qualification – Flexible hours with some nights and weekends off.
