We own and operate 3 venues on the beautiful Skerries harbour just 20 minutes from Dublin airport.
2 busy casual dining restaurants and a coffee shop.
We are currently looking for

2 chef de parties
1 pastry chef to join our team.

5 Days a week 9-hour shifts.
€30k a year
Accommodation can be provided
The perfect candidate:
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• At least 2 years’ experience as a chef de partie
• Passionate about cooking
• Diligent
• Innovated
Job Duties:
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Developing new recipes and improving our offering.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean workstation whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
