Our establishment can accommodate up to 130 guests indoors. Known for our dynamic pace, particularly on Saturdays, we efficiently cater to approximately 350 patrons.

We seek to keep the Italian culture in the restaurant. The kitchen staff is mostly Italians, whereas the waiter staff has a multicultural combination.
The kitchen is open daily from 11.00 to 22.00, and on Sundays from 11.00 to 16.00

Information about the position:

We are looking for waiters to a fulltime position. You can expect a hectic environment, so you should handle stress well and enjoy working with high temp. We are looking for waiters with a positive attitude who will contribute positively to our staff and work environment. We serve Italian food and Italian wines.

Requirements:

We are looking for Italian waiters.
The applicant must have been an educated waiter or have well-documented relevant experience and aged between 20-35 years old. You must also be service-minded, structured, and tidy. You can count on hectic days and should enjoy high speed.
Required language skill is English. To avoid miscommunication, you must speak English well.

Wages:

approx. 30.000 – 32.000 NOK gross pr. Month (3.000 – 3.200 EURO), depending on experience and qualifications. You are paid by the hour and the work hours by month can vary between 150-160 hours.

Housing:

The employer can assist in housing.
The candidate will pay a maximum of 6500 NOK per month.
Contract type: full-time, shift. First, the candidate is given a 6-month contract with the possibility for a permanent contract.

Other information:

The restaurant is located in the centre of Trondheim with short walking distance to all facilities.
